Woodgrain Print PVDF Finishes

Feature a dry film thickness ranging from 0.75 to 1.85 mil, typically between 0.90 and 1.15 mil, with a specular gloss level of 20 to 25. The coating demonstrates exceptional durability, passing 2,000 hours of humidity resistance and 1,000 hours of salt spray testing. It shows no effect when exposed to acid pollutants and maintains a chalk resistance rating of no less than 8 after 40 years. Color retention remains strong, with a rating not exceeding 5▵ over the same period. The finish exhibits excellent adhesion with no loss under reverse impact a pencil hardness between HB and H, and a flexibility rating at 2T with no pickoff. It also withstands 100 liters of abrasion and shows no effect under graffiti resistance testing. All finishes are backed by a 40-year limited warranty.
